Job summary

Dine Brands Global is seeking a Field Training Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for the Field Training team across 128 company restaurants. You will ensure onboarding, certification, training programs, and new restaurant openings run smoothly, collaborating with field HR, operations leaders, and restaurant training teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality settings, plus 1–3 years in administrative or HR support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• 1–3 years of administrative, training coordination, or HR support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with LMS or web-based training tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, certifications, menu rollouts, and training sessions for 128 restaurants.
• Conduct in-person and web-based training to develop operations and soft skills.
• Track training completion, compliance, and follow-up actions.
• Assist with Training Restaurant assessments and documentation.
• Support trainer development, agendas, and communications.
• Organize onboarding logistics and inter-office communications.
