Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates in Houston is seeking a proven leader to develop teams, elevate member experience and drive business results across two studios. You will start by leading the Woodforest studio and help prepare Memorial, which is slated to open in March 2027.

You’ll recruit, train, and empower the Memorial team while building scalable operations for both locations. As a hands-on, KPI-driven leader, you will coach managers, establish performance standards and foster a positive, collaborative

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership, operations or sales experience.
• Proven track record developing managers or emerging leaders.
• Experience using KPIs to drive decisions and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Assistant Managers and their teams.
• Recruit, onboard and retain strong employees.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability.
• Build a positive, collaborative culture focused on results.
• Drive membership, sales, retention and revenue performance.
• Monitor KPIs and turn data into action plans.
• Coach teams to improve sales execution and member experience.
• Partner with external lead-gen to improve bookings and conversions.
• Establish consistent operating and service standards.
• Support Memorial through staffing, opening and ongoing operations.
