BODYBAR Pilates - Woodforest and Memorial is seeking a proven leader to develop teams, manage operations and drive business results across two Houston-area studios. You will start by leading the Woodforest location and developing its Assistant Managers, with Memorial opening planned for March 2027.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive leadership, operations, sales or customer-focused management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and developing managers or emerging leaders.
• Demonstrated success improving sales, revenue, retention, customer satisfaction or other measurable results.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and retaining employees.
• Confidence using KPIs to drive decisions and accountability.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style.
• Experience in boutique fitness, wellness or a membership-based business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Assistant Managers and their teams.
• Recruit, onboard and retain strong employees.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability.
• Build a positive, collaborative and results-oriented culture.
• Drive membership, sales, retention and revenue performance.
• Monitor KPIs and turn performance data into action plans.
• Coach teams to improve sales execution and member experience.
• Partner with our external lead-generation team to improve bookings, follow-up and conversion.
• Establish consistent operating and service standards.
• Support Memorial through staffing, opening and ongoing operations.
• Create scalable systems that support both locations.
