Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is growing, led by two owners and a network of managers, as we expand from Woodforest to Memorial and beyond. This is a hands-on studio leadership role focused on developing teams, driving membership and revenue, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will lead Woodforest initially, build the Memorial team for its March 2027 opening, and scale operations across both sites while partnering with ownership and support teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive leadership, operations, sales or customer-focused management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and developing managers or emerging leaders.
• Demonstrated success improving sales, revenue, retention, customer satisfaction or other measurable results.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and retaining employees.
• Confidence using KPIs to drive decisions and accountability.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Assistant Managers and their teams.
• Recruit, onboard and retain strong employees.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability.
• Build a positive, collaborative and results-oriented culture.
• Drive membership, sales, retention and revenue performance.
• Monitor KPIs and turn performance data into action plans.
• Coach teams to improve sales execution and member experience.
• Partner with our external lead-generation team to improve bookings, follow-up and conversion.
• Establish consistent operating and service standards.
• Support Memorial through staffing, opening and ongoing operations.
• Create scalable systems that support both locations.
