Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and multiunit coordination as applicable.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, promote promotions, and complete transactions with care.
• Support store environment: maintain visual standards and guest relations to drive sales and loyalty.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping per policy and ensure on-time wage payments.
• Train and develop associates; ensure onboarding and policy compliance before shifts.
• Supervise staffing levels and delegate tasks to Sales Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Ensure Omni‑Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Monitor inventory, checkout accuracy, and loss prevention procedures.
