Responsibilities

• Lead two Arden's Garden stores to meet sales, profitability, labor, and operations goals.
• Develop Store Managers and future leaders through coaching and feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences that reflect Arden's Garden standards.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and compliance across locations.
• Collaborate with Operations Specialists to implement programs and initiatives.
• Travel between assigned locations to oversee performance and maintain quality.
