Job summary

Circle K is seeking a store leadership professional in Shreveport, LA to guide store operations, drive promotions, and manage budgets. You will lead a team of Store Managers, train staff, and ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a track record in retail management, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Other combinations of job related experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Ability to supervise and train Store Managers in use of store equipment, tools and materials. Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the SM job description.
• A current valid driver's license is required to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recap promotional activity and report business opportunities, results, trends and competitive information.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to implement promotions and new product introductions.
• Forecast requirements, prepare annual budget and analyze variances.
• Provide leadership and direction to store managers, including recruiting, selection and orientation processes.
• Ensure store profitability by managing cash and merchandise variation, salaries and other expenses.
