Circle K in Shreveport, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily store operations, oversee staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and merchandising while maintaining company standards.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment, manage cash handling and bookkeeping, and contribute to a safe, friendly store culture with strong attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and supervising staff.
• Experience with hiring, interviewing, and training new employees.
• Strong cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic accounting skills.
