Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as a Sous Chef or four years in culinary roles.
• Led dynamic, high-volume culinary operations with multiple dining outlets.
• Strong management, organizational, and coaching skills within the heart of the House.
• Solid understanding of both a la carte and banquet operations.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on working sous chef, daily operations are the priority.
• Coordinate ordering and monitoring of food and kitchen wares; ensure menu item engineering and proper contribution margins.
• Assist Executive Chef with staff training and development through education and instruction.
• Standardize recipes and plate presentation for a la carte venues and catered events.
