Chenequa Country Club in Hartland, WI is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team. This role reports to the Executive Chef and oversees daily kitchen operations, supervises staff, maintains food quality, and ensures efficient production and service for club events.

The Executive Sous Chef will help develop menus, train kitchen staff, manage scheduling and cost-control, and uphold sanitation and safety standards across high-volume service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in high-volume settings.
• Strong understanding of sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to train and mentor culinary staff.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily kitchen operations and supervise culinary staff to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Oversee operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Assist in menu development, testing, and seasonal events.
• Coordinate food preparation for high-volume service and events.
• Lead banquet and special event operations with quality and timeliness.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
