JM Wireless LLC, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in California, seeks a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager to lead multiple stores and drive exceptional customer experiences while overseeing staffing, training, and operations. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and implement new sales initiatives to boost store performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of retail management and sales leadership, with a passion for customer satisfaction and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales

• Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget.
• Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit.
• Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.

What You Need

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
• 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.

Licenses and Certifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
