JM Wireless LLC, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in Pittsburg, CA, seeks a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager to lead multiple stores and inspire a high‑performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will oversee store operations, recruit and train staff, drive sales, manage scheduling and inventory, and foster an inclusive culture. This role offers growth in a fast-paced retail business with the opportunity to shape the customer journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of management experience in retail sales.
• 2–4 years in sales and sales management.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand up to 9 hours.

Responsabilités

• Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing.
• Oversee recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Coach and develop team members for customer service and sales.
• Resolve customer issues to improve the Metro experience.
• Drive sales and operational excellence through new initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Drive sales and operational excellence through embracing new initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
• Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
• Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
• Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget.
• Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit.
• Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
• 2-4 years in sales and sales management experiencePassion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.

Licenses and Certifications:

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
