Job summary

JM Wireless LLC in Atwater, CA is seeking a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager to lead multiple stores and inspire a high-performing team. You will oversee operations, staffing, training, and customer experiences, while driving sales excellence across locations.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail sales management experience, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage budgets and inventory. This is a full-time, exempt position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of management experience in retail sales is required.
• 2–4 years in sales and sales management experience is required.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences.
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods on the sales floor (up to 9 hours).

Responsibilities

• Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee all retail operations including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.
• Resolve customer issues to enhance the Metro By T-Mobile experience.
• Drive sales and operational excellence by embracing new initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
• Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
• Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
• Create and maintain schedules within labor budgets.
• Oversee store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams to stay ahead.
