Jackson Hewitt is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-location region (20–30 stores). You will drive financial results, oversee staffing, store operations and marketing initiatives, and coach leaders to achieve outstanding client service and profitability.

The role demands exceptional communication, mentoring skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams across a district. Expect leadership responsibilities, travel, and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in retail management preferred.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to lead and engage a team.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience with multi-unit P&L responsibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the local P&L, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, store setup and operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company and government standards.
• Build a high performing team through recruitment, guidance, training and development.
• Develop retention strategies and high morale for top associates.
• Coach store leadership and empower others to exceed goals.
