Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations, driving performance and guest experiences across entities. The role relocates to Corpus Christi, TX, with a focus on operational excellence, team building, and cost discipline.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in GM roles in high-volume restaurants, 5+ years directing multiple units, and strong P&L acumen, with proficiency in MS Office and top communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• 5+ years as a Director overseeing at least 4 entities with 75+ employees total.
• Strong background in P&L management, cost controls, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor General Managers while ensuring adherence to company systems and policies.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards.
