Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an LC Coach to oversee multiple restaurant operations within the zone, driving safety, sanitation, budgeting, and performance. You will coach GMs and managers to maximize productivity and ensure standards are met across all outlets.

The role focuses on developing leaders, driving top-line growth, and maintaining strict SOP adherence while coordinating with corporate marketing and Franchisor initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferable.
• 2–4 years multi-unit experience in food service recommended.
• Operational knowledge of catering, food prep, planning, and presentation for analytical tasks.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are essential for staff development and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and mentors restaurant staff and managers.
• Drives top-line sales through operations and marketing initiatives.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs and uses company systems for performance feedback.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and facility upkeep to maintain safety and quality.
