Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead and inspire multiple restaurant teams across the Columbus GA and Auburn/Opelika areas. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and guest experiences while developing leaders and maintaining brand standards.

Lead Managerial teams, analyze P&L, and execute strategic initiatives with a hands-on, high-energy leadership style. Travel between locations is expected to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR or fast-casual environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams across multiple locations.
• Drive sales, profitability, and cost control across all restaurants.
• Ensure brand standards, food quality, and service excellence are consistently delivered.
• Analyze P&L statements and implement margin-improvement strategies.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent; build a strong leadership bench.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement culture.
• Partner with ownership to execute strategic growth initiatives.
