Job summary

NAYA is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and develop restaurant management teams across multiple states, ensuring superior service, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance. In this role you will coach General Managers, drive EBITDA while elevating the employee and guest experience, and manage hiring, training, and budgets in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant management/leadership experience.
• Experience with senior operations management across multiple states.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust from colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop restaurant management teams to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Review P&L reports monthly with General Managers to meet financial targets.
• Forecast and monitor expenses to achieve company goals weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations and laws.
• Interview, hire, onboard and train all restaurant positions.
• Jump into hands-on execution to plug gaps in stores as needed.
