Job summary

NAYA is seeking experienced Area Managers to lead and develop restaurant management teams across multiple locations in the New York area. You will drive superior service, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance, building a bench of leaders and ensuring adherence to budgets and company standards.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to grow teams in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop restaurant management teams to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee P&L, driving 4-wall EBITDA and controlling food, labor and other costs.
• Interview, hire, onboarding and training of restaurant positions.
• Review P&L reports monthly with GMs and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Forecast expenses and ensure regulatory compliance across stores.
