Job summary

NAYA in Bethpage, New York is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead multi-unit operations across our growing restaurant portfolio. You will coach General Managers, drive sales growth, manage P&L, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restaurant leadership, is skilled at building teams, and can navigate fast-paced, growth environments. Reports to the Director of Operations; competitive benefits and career advancement await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management/leadership experience.
• Experience managing senior operations across multiple states.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit operations and lead restaurant management teams.
• Drive EBITDA while delivering superior guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and mentor managers and staff.
• Review P&L and ensure targets are met; adjust as needed.
• Forecast expenses and enforce compliance with regulations.
• Hire, onboard, and train restaurant positions.
