• 2+ years of multi-unit management experience, ideally with a national chain restaurant.
• Strong ability to analyze and drive business results at an organizational level.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to inspire and collaborate with teams.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Superior self-management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, with travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L accountability, monitor performance, forecast expenses, and control costs.
• Coach unit managers to identify variances and develop corrective action plans.
• Support financial forecasting and ensure inventory control compliance.
