• Apple II Management training completed.

• Oversees operational and financial performance within the location.
• Leads Managers and Hourly TEAM Members with a focus on service, safety and sanitation.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service and guest satisfaction per company guidelines.
• Maintains inventory levels and controls costs; manages maintenance and equipment.
• Leads recruitment, training, evaluations, and ongoing development of management staff.
• Executes business plans, budgets and action plans; communicates with Area Director.
• Conducts regular management meetings and team communications.
• Ensures compliance with policies, rules and local regulations.
