Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to oversee repair, maintenance, renovations, and asset condition across our restaurant portfolio. You will manage work orders, vendor relations, and preventative maintenance to support operations and remodel projects.

You will ensure compliance with design standards, lead cross-functional communication, and coordinate with vendors and restaurant teams to minimize downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities management, repair/maintenance, or related roles.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and CMMS/work-order platforms; ServiceChannel a plus.
• RFMA/CRFP or similar certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Strong vendor-management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilities contact for assigned restaurants, maintaining safe and brand-compliant facilities.
• Use ServiceChannel to manage work orders, proposals, vendor communication, and asset history.
• Identify repair trends and recommend preventative maintenance or capital solutions.
• Manage remodels, project scopes, bids, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Support new restaurant turnover and warranty items in collaboration with Construction.
