Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance or property management across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of building systems, equipment, preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ability to manage budgets, invoices, and expenses for facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of restaurant facilities, equipment and building infrastructure.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and coordinate with vendors for specialized work.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, track equipment records and parts inventory.
• Coordinate new openings with design, marketing, operations and vendors.
• Monitor facility budgets, review invoices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support safety, brand standards, audits and compliance across locations.
