Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to oversee repair, maintenance, renovations, and asset condition across its restaurant portfolio. You will act as the primary facilities resource for Operations, coordinating with vendors and restaurant teams through ServiceChannel and other approved platforms.

The role emphasizes managing work orders, ensuring safety and brand standards, and supporting remodels, new openings, and preventative maintenance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of facilities management, repair and maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and contractors; CMMS/work-order familiarity; ServiceChannel a plus.
• RFMA/CRFP or other facilities certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, roofing, kitchen equipment, and building systems.
• Strong vendor-management, negotiation, organizational, troubleshooting, project-management, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilities contact for assigned restaurants and support operations in maintaining facilities and building systems.
• Use ServiceChannel to manage work orders, proposals, vendor communication, asset history, invoices, and related activity.
• Identify repair trends and recommend preventative maintenance or capital solutions.
• Manage remodels, renovations, and new restaurant turnover from planning through completion.
• Support annual inspections and ensure safety, brand standards, and budget compliance.
