Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in Quick Service Restaurant, Fast Casual, or Restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, profit, and operational goals.
• Experience leading and developing restaurant teams.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of 3-5 restaurant locations to ensure consistency across sites.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned locations; monitor KPIs (labor, food cost, inventory, guest satisfaction).
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff and leadership teams; build a strong talent pipeline.
