The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in multi-unit retail operations and a solid understanding of financial management to lead the operations team effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.

• 7-10+ years of multi-unit retail or convenience store operations experience.
• Proven leadership of 20+ locations or similar scale.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments.
