Job summary

Mck-Group is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee 5–6 gas station and convenience store locations across Hartwell and Lavonia, GA, and Seneca, SC. This hands-on leadership role requires developing strong store managers, improving operations, and driving sales and profitability.

The District Manager will travel regularly between sites, ensure staffing, performance, and compliance, and contribute to budgetary goals.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple locations (5–6) in retail or foodservice.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage profitability, inventory, and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of 5–6 gas station/convenience store locations.
• Supervise and coach Store Managers to drive store performance.
• Visit locations regularly to ensure cleanliness, customer service, merchandising, and standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, expenses, and profitability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling staff.
• Ensure proper pricing, promotions, and displays; manage compliance with laws.
