Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compiles database and formulates nursing diagnosis.
• Initiates and updates written nursing care plans for patients.
• Performs clinical nursing skills independently.
• Manages daily patient assignment setting appropriate priorities.
• Develops and implements Patient Teaching and Discharge Planning Record.
