Job summary

OTG Concessions Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager at EWR to lead day-to-day restaurant and Cibo operations across multiple concepts. You will oversee staffing, training, food quality, guest services, inventory, and labor management, while driving financial performance and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a strong hospitality background, multi-unit leadership experience, and the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Senior multi-unit management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability in P&L budgeting and forecasting
• Strong culinary background and fine dining experience a plus
• Commitment to service, integrity and OTG values

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant and Cibo operations across multiple concepts
• Oversee staffing, development and training for FOH/BH
• Manage costs, budgets and labor across units
• Maintain food quality and guest services to high standards
• Direct recruitment of FOH staff and crewmembers
• Ensure safety and policies are followed and team environment is positive
