Job summary

Pinnacle Dietary Global is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple PDG accounts and lead a team of food service directors. You will ensure service excellence, sanitation, compliance, and resident satisfaction across locations.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in healthcare food service, CDM and ServSafe certifications, and strong client relations. Travel to sites is expected, with a focus on quality and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven leadership in multi-unit settings.
• Experience in healthcare food service operations.
• Current CDM and ServSafe certification.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Covid vaccine, physical exam and PPD test required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and onboard new directors and staff.
• Conduct weekly sanitation inspections and assign Plan of Correction (POC).
• Communicate expectations and ensure accountability of directors and staff.
• Oversee spending, food procurement and budget compliance.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure corporate compliance through reporting and meetings.
• Maintain relationships with facility administration and staff.
• Promote growth and development of Directors.
• Attend resident council and on-site events.
• Interact with residents to gather feedback and improve satisfaction.
