Culinary Services Group (CSG) is hiring for an Area Manager in Springfield, MA. You will oversee the operations of multiple foodservice locations and report to the Regional Director of Operations, driving excellence across compliance, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

You will lead efforts to monitor program effectiveness, support Recruitment and development, and help implement company-wide strategies. Strong leadership and prior multi-unit experience are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• BS Degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience.
• Higher Education background preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability.
• Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies.
• Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region.
• Participates in the sales process to grow the region.
