Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a District Manager to oversee 5–8 locations in the MYC Metropolitan and Long Island Area. The role requires strong leadership, HR skills and a focus on safety, guest experience and brand standards.

You will manage Store Managers, hire and train staff, and ensure operational excellence across the district with extensive in-store and remote responsibilities. This on-site role demands high availability and travel.

Qualificações

• Must hold NYC Food Handler’s Certificate and obtain within 45 days.
• Strong leadership, HR and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes and food safety.
• Financial and sales management experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple store locations and develop Store Managers.
• Hire, train, and monitor performance; enforce brand standards.
• Manage operations, schedules, and travel across districts.
• Be on-call for emergencies and staff issues with 24-7 availability.
• Maintain timekeeping and prepare weekly reports for management.
• Lead district-level training, openings and new store launches.
