Job summary

Workstream is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Buffalo Wild Wings Go locations in the NYC metropolitan area and Long Island. You will lead Store Managers, manage operations, hiring, training, and ensure brand standards.

The role requires 50 hours per week in-store with a 1 day remote for administrative tasks, and frequent travel to stores. A NYC Food Handler’s Certificate must be obtained within 45 days. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Must obtain NYC Food Handler’s Certificate within 45 days.
• Experience in HR, hiring, training, and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Visit 2 stores daily and submit weekly travel plans to management.
• Manage all aspects of operations across assigned locations.
• Be on-call for emergencies and staff issues.
• Create and track operating and financial action plans per store.
• Fill in as acting manager during vacancies.
• Help with new store openings and training.
