Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a District Manager to drive success across multiple restaurant locations. You will lead and develop management teams, ensure strong communication with corporate, and maintain focus on daily sales, labor costs, and guest relations.

The role requires coordinating with General Managers to maximize profits, enforce standards, and execute strategic plans. A high-energy leader with strong math and customer service skills will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-units preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Experience overseeing and supporting Restaurant Managers in an assigned area.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain high performing work teams.
• Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Possess exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to manage a P&L and execute a sales plan.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week.
• Strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee our management staff and develop top talent within our restaurants.
• Serve as the liaison between your District units and the corporate office ensuring strong communication.
• Strong focus on daily sales, marketing plans and unit operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.
• Highly skilled in guest relations, business and financial management, and motivating teams.
• Maximize sales and profits by setting the standard of excellent customer service.
• Supervises, train, motivate and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Exemplifies a continual sense of excellence striving to perform quality improvements.
• Supports the cultural initiatives of the Company and drives the BWW Training principles.
• Audit and review management teams for sales-building plans, people development and operational issues.
• Implements annual strategic plan for area restaurants.
• Conducts regular performance reviews; cash, sales and labor audits.
• Ensures franchise standards are enforced and met.
