Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a dynamic District Manager to oversee multiple Popeyes restaurants within a designated district. You will lead store operators, execute strategic plans to hit sales targets, and ensure brand standards and food safety.

The role involves recruiting and coaching store managers, reviewing KPIs and budgets, collaborating with franchise owners and corporate teams on promotions, and driving customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in a multi-unit restaurant operation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operation of multiple Popeyes locations within a designated district.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
• Hire, train, and supervise store managers and other team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and brand standards.
• Work closely with franchise owners and corporate management to develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu updates.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement training programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and develop employees' skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, human resources, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
