Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a dynamic District Manager to oversee multiple locations in Mauldin, SC. You will lead, train, and mentor store managers to drive sales, maintain brand standards, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and implement strategic initiatives with franchise owners and corporate teams. Travel and flexible hours are required to support performance across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry, including multi-unit leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of multiple Popeyes locations within a district.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
• Hire, train, and supervise store managers and team members to ensure high performance.
• Monitor KPIs and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure food safety, policies, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with franchise owners and corporate management on marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Implement training programs to foster teamwork and develop employees' skills.
