Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Asheville-area Popeyes locations, driving sales, profitability, and top-quality operations. You will hire and mentor store managers, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with health codes and brand standards.

You will collaborate with franchise owners and corporate teams on marketing initiatives and menu updates, while resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record in multi-unit leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operation of multiple Popeyes locations within a designated district.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
• Hire, train, and supervise store managers and other team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor KPIs and financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and brand standards.
• Work closely with franchise owners and corporate management to develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu updates.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement training programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and develop employees' skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, human resources, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
