Qualifications

• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and efficiency.

• Monitor KPIs and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards.
• Collaborate with franchise owners and corporate management on marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Implement training programs to foster teamwork and develop employees' skills.
• Work with operations, marketing, HR, and finance to meet business objectives.
