Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of multiunit management in the food industry preferred
• Extensive and successful experience as a restaurant general manager
• Familiarity with company policies and personnel
• Excellent human relations, leadership, and motivation
• Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall sales, operations, profitability and people management for Popeyes restaurants
• Ensure staffing levels with qualified RGM’s, assistant managers, shift supervisors and crew
• Develop and execute plans to achieve top-line sales against budget and control expenses
• Ensure adherence to RBI operational standards and expansion requirements
• Open new restaurants to high operating standards within budget
• Manage and evaluate restaurant GMs and training needs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and Popeyes policies
