Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a District Manager to oversee 5–8 locations within the MYC Metropolitan and Long Island Area. You will manage Store Managers, hire and train staff, and ensure operational, financial, and service standards across the district.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance reviews, profit optimization, and brand consistency. Role demands 24/7 availability for emergencies and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Emergency readiness and availability for on-call emergencies.
• Solid knowledge of NYC health codes, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Proven leadership and team-development abilities.
• Experience in financial and sales management.
• HR experience including hiring, training, and staff management; conflict resolution.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Commitment to minimum in-store schedule and readiness for remote administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores daily and report weekly travel plans to management.
• Oversee all operations across assigned locations.
• Assist in line work and support store crews when needed.
• Be on-call for emergencies and staff issues.
• Clock in/out using each store’s timekeeping system.
• Develop and monitor operating and financial action plans per store.
• Submit post-visit reports and action items to management.
• Cover acting manager during vacancies and support new openings.
