Buffalo Wild Wings in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple units within the state, driving sales, guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will lead restaurant management teams, partner with the corporate office, implement annual plans, review performance metrics and develop top talent across locations to sustain strong results.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading multi-unit teams in hospitality.
• Ability to manage P&L and sales plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management staff and develop top talent within restaurants.
• Serve as liaison between District units and corporate office for strong communication.
• Focus on daily sales, marketing plans, unit operations, COGS, labor and guest relations.
• Motivate teams and maximize sales and profits by delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise, train, and develop General Managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Audit and review management teams for sales-building plans and issues.
• Implement annual strategic plan for area restaurants.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and cash, sales and labor audits.
