Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurants across the assigned area. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive performance, guest experience, and people development in a fast-paced, real-food environment.

The role emphasizes mentoring leadership teams, achieving sales and cost targets, and building a bench of future leaders while upholding the brand's commitment to fresh, made-on-site meals and a positive culture. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
