Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple locations in our growing concept. You will partner with restaurant leaders to implement strategic plans, coach teams, and maintain a focus on sales performance, labor control, and food quality.

The role emphasizes building a positive culture, mentoring future leaders, and ensuring consistent guest experiences. A hands-on, energetic, results-driven attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
