Job summary

Qdoba OM Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant District Manager to lead 5-6 locations, driving sales, profitability and guest satisfaction. You will train and coach restaurant managers, monitor food safety and quality, and ensure cost controls while promoting the brand in the local community.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-unit leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel 60–70% of the time to restaurants and business locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant multi-unit leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage budgets across multiple locations.
• Strong coaching, training, and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-unit leadership to 5-6 restaurants and drive sales and profitability.
