Job summary

Qdoba OM Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant District Manager to provide multi-unit leadership across 5–6 locations in the Toledo area. You will focus on driving sales, profitability, training, food safety and guest-centric culture.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong English communication, and a proactive, ethical leader with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Base salary ranges from 65,000 to 75,000 per year with a bonus program and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant Multi-Unit Leadership experience.
• Speak, read, and write English; excellent interpersonal and collaborative management skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility.
• Proficient knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant management and staff meet food safety, quality, cleanliness, and service procedures.
• Attain financial goals by managing people, product quality/safety, guest service and costs.
• Manage budgets; coach managers on costs and performance.
• Promote guest-first culture and improve guest experience across locations.
• Develop relationships with staff and promote a respectful work environment.
• Oversee training and development of candidates for management and leadership roles.
