The role requires at least 4 years of district management experience in QSR, a BA/BS preferred, strong leadership, and proven experience in sales-building strategies, financial management, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of district management experience in the QSR industry.
• Proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for 4–10 units.
• BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Restaurant General Managers to increase sales and profits.
• Enforce company policies, practices and procedures across restaurants.
