Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful restaurant leadership experience with multi-unit accountability.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and teams.
• Strong business acumen, including experience managing labor, profitability, and performance metrics.
• Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach approximately 6-9 restaurant leadership teams within your market.
• Travel regularly between restaurants to coach, set standards, and identify improvements.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor performance, and overall area results.
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and development of restaurant leadership talent.
• Use performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety practices, and operational procedures are followed.
