Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Two years multi-unit leadership experience in food service or retail with full operational responsibilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple restaurant teams to achieve goals.
