Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise family, is seeking an Area Coach to coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations. You will build strong teams, drive sales and profits, and uphold guest satisfaction and quality standards.

The role requires analyzing P&L, managing labor, inventory, and costs, and executing company initiatives across all locations with travel to sites. 21+ with valid license and multi-site leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
